As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, composition...).

Know that you're purchasing the digital art, not a printed one.

Commissioner/artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties.

If you choose to use your commission publicly (as a profile picture, on stream, etc), please credit my Twitter (@Jc_Lilith)

Payments through PAYPAL invoice (in € EUROS) after the sketch is approved!

If your native currency is not **EURO ** you can use Currency Converter or tell me.

Paypal 4,4% tax will be added to the final payment

I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing.

You can upload the artwork on other platforms WITH CREDITS.

I do not allow my work to be used for NFTs or on the blockchain in any way.

No refunds allowed unless I am unable to complete your commission.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

Full confidentiality (whitelisting) will incur extra fees.

I hold rights to the produced drawing and may use the art for display and promotional purposes purposes.

If you want to order an illustration / logo for commercial use, prices have additional charges.

The following cases are considered commercial use:

Reproducing and selling the artwork.

The commission is a primary component of a product or is sold directly, such as putting it on stickers/pillows/etc and selling that. In this case The price will be discussed in private + 50€ for commercial use

As the artist, I still hold the right to the commercial commission in ways where I can post it to my social-media, display it, use it in portfolio galleries and use it to advertise myself OR advertise you and/or the product it is being used for by saying that I played a part in it.

I require credits for every platform you use my art on in a visible level please, (Twitter, Twitch panel, YouTube description, etc.)

You are free to request to keep the commission progress a surprise

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Use the art to promote themselves (Commercial Use) .

You are free to use your commission as a profile picture, banner, icons, avatar and wallpaper etc. on social media (ex. Twitter, Discord, Instagram, FaceBook etc.) but ** you don't have to take profits, unless agreed otherwise ** , Artist Credits please.

You have the right to ask for a preview or update of the progress at any point in time during the commission.

All revisions are free during the sketching phase to ensure mutual agreement between us.

The client will be charged additional fees when there are already too many revisions (price will be discussed).

The commission is a rush order (30% of commission total)

Any significant changes will come with an extra charge. ( outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely)

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not permitted to make minor changes without an additional fee.

If you are unsatisfied with the full commission once it has been finished, when you have time to ask for changes or to be clear with it, you don’t have the right to ask for a refund. Make sure to be clear in your order .

You ensure that you are above 18 and have enough funds to purchase digital goods, preferably money that you have earned yourself

Absolutely not file for PayPal disputes and chargebacks and agree to contacting me first for refunds and corrections on your commission

Submit your request via the respective commission form. If your form is incomplete, your commission may be denied.

If your commission is accepted, you will be informed.

I will send you the sketch of your commission to your DM in case you want me to change/fix anything.

Once the sketch is to your liking an invoice will be sent to your PayPal. I will finish the commission and send you the finished product.

You may request a couple of changes to the finished product within 48 hours of being sent.

You will be sent a link to your commission files upon completion.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted, and I reserve the right to put your name on blacklist, spread your name around should you initiate a cashback dispute.

Unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included.

Commercial means usage on streams, broadcast content, or any monetized work (i.e. including but not exclusive to: merchandise, monetized videos, music releases); and reselling rights means selling Work to another party or another platform.

Commercial licenses require additional charges on a case-by-case basis.

You are likely to get response with "Hello! I am interested in commissioning, do you have any slots left?" or anything that sounds like "Hey! I am interested in commissioning you. Below are details of what I'd like commission. There are things I am unsure. [.....] Could you have a look? Thank you!".
