AGREEMENT:
By purchasing my services, you agree to and commit to following my Terms of Service.
My art evolves, so there may be slight differences between gallery samples and your final piece.
Keep in contact with me and provide feedback or acknowledgement every time an update is sent.
You ensure that you are above 18 and have enough funds to purchase digital goods, preferably money that you have earned yourself.
Absolutely not file for PayPal disputes and chargebacks and agree to contact me first for refunds and corrections on your commission.
If you have not read the TOS, I will not be held responsible for any misunderstandings on your part.
My work cannot be used for NFTs, AI art, in ANY capacity
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS:

For PRIORITY commissions, contact me directly—a rush fee may apply.
Payments via PAYPAL invoice (in € EUROS) after sketch approval.
If your currency is not EURO, use a Currency Converter or inform me.
Paypal 4,4% tax will be added to the final payment
Prices may increase for highly detailed drawings.
Full confidentiality (whitelisting) will incur extra fees.
No refunds unless I cannot complete the commission.
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
COMMERCIAL USE:
Are you going to use the Work for any monetized work?
Reproducing and selling the artwork.
If the commission is a key element of a product or sold directly, such as on stickers, pillows, etc.
The price will be discussed privately, with an additional €50 charge for commercial use.
COPYRIGHT/ USAGE POLICY:
As the artist, I hold rights to the produced drawing and may use the art for display and promotional purposes, and use it in my portfolio.
Please credit my art visibly on all platforms (Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, etc.).
Copyright violations will revoke your rights to the work, and I may blacklist you and share your name if you dispute a charge.
Unless explicitly stated in the commission details or otherwise agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included.
You're purchasing digital art, not a physical print.

REVISION:
You may request a preview or update of the progress at any time during the commission.
I offer up to three free revisions. Any additional changes to the sketch will incur a fee of €10 per revision.
For rush orders, an additional 50% of the total commission cost will apply.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
I'll deliver quality work, but it's your responsibility to ensure the order matches my style.
Significant changes will incur an additional charge (e.g., outfit changes, additions or removals, background alterations, or anything that requires a complete redraw).
If the reference provided was unclear, minor changes will not be allowed without an additional fee.
No refunds will be issued if you're dissatisfied after the commission is completed and you've had a chance to request changes.
Please ensure clear order details from the start.
PROCESS TIME:
Please submit your request through the appropriate commission form. Incomplete forms may result in your commission being denied.
If your commission is accepted, you will be notified.
I will send you the sketch for review via DM so you can request any changes or adjustments.
Once you approve the sketch, I will send an invoice to your PayPal. After payment, I will complete the commission and send you the final product.
You may request a few changes to the finished product within 48 hours of receiving it.

Health, the order of commissions, complexity, and personal/work-related matters.
If any of these factors cause delays, you will be informed as soon as possible.
